Benefit The lip liner is particularly easy to apply and has a very good color coverage . It helps keep the lipstick in place and leaves lips look perfectly staged. Application Trace the lip contour with the pencil while smoothing out small irregularities. Use the brush at the end of the pencil to apply the lipstick perfectly within the drawn contour.
