1.1 The ‘BABOR GENERATION Z SURVEY’ competition is organised by Dr. Babor GmbH & Co. KG, Neuenhofstraße 180, D-52078 Aachen (hereinafter referred to as ‘Babor’).
1.2 The competition is organised in the period from 15.10.2024 to 29.10.2024.
1.3 Participation is voluntary and free of charge. Participants (in the following, personal designations apply equally to persons of any gender) must only bear the costs associated with participation via the Internet (usage fee for Internet connection).
1.4 Participation and the chances of winning are independent of the purchase of goods or the utilisation of services.
1.5 Participation requires that the online survey on https://babor.typeform.com/to/m26rkU56, which can be accessed via the communicated LINK, is completed in advance.
2.1 Participation is only possible via the Internet and requires participation in the online survey mentioned in section 1.5.
2.2 For the online survey, the participant's e-mail address must be provided and the questionnaire completed.
2.3 All persons over the age of 18 are eligible to participate.
2.4 Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries uploaded more than once will not be considered.
2.5 Participation via competition services, automated mass participation procedures of third parties, via agencies or via other commercial providers is not permitted.
2.6 Babor reserves the right to exclude the participant from the competition in the event of a breach of these conditions of participation. In such cases, prizes may be subsequently cancelled and reclaimed.3 Determination of the winners
3.1 After the closing date, three (3) winners will be selected from all participants.
3.2 The winners will be determined by drawing lots in a non-public session.
3.3 The winners will be informed by e-mail to the e-mail address provided in the online survey within 7 days of the end of the competition.
3.4 The winners must confirm the prize by e-mail, stating their first name and surname, within two (2) working days, otherwise the claim to the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be determined on the basis of the ranking list.4 Prizes
4.1 Babor is giving away a total of three (3) REGENERATING SETs.
4.2 Cash payment of the prizes or any substitution of prizes is not possible. The prize claim is not transferable.
4.3 Any taxation of the profit is borne by Dr. Babor GmbH & Co. KG.
- Granting of rights to the content rights
By entering their information, the winner confirms to us the possibility of use, if necessary also by mentioning their name, their information and the communication of this, on our websites and social media.
6.1 All information provided by BABOR is provided without guarantee.
6.2 Insofar as claims are asserted by a winner in connection with the prizes received, these are to be directed directly against the manufacturer/retailer, supplier, tour operator or other service provider, insofar as this is legally permissible. Should claims in this respect arise at Babor, these shall be assigned to the respective winners.
6.3 In particular, BABOR shall not be liable for damages that may arise due to errors, delays or interruptions in transmission, malfunctions or deletion of data, viruses or in any other way during participation in the promotion, unless such damages are caused by Babor intentionally or through gross negligence. Liability for culpable injury to life, limb or health remains unaffected.7 Miscellaneous
7.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
7.2 Should individual provisions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions of participation.
7.3 BABOR may change, suspend or terminate the competition at any time if this is necessary due to circumstances beyond Babor's control or if this is the only way to ensure that the promotion can be carried out properly.
7.4 Legal recourse is excluded.
Information on data protection
To take part in the competition, you must complete the communicated online survey. The data you enter will be used by us to determine the winners. We will use your e-mail address to contact you by e-mail to notify you of your win/process your prize if you win.
Your consent also includes - if you win - your agreement to be contacted by e-mail at the e-mail address you used to take part in the competition.
You can revoke your declaration of consent at any time with effect for the future by contacting Dr. Babor GmbH & Co KG, Neuenhofstraße 180, 52078 Aachen, Germany or by sending an e-mail to [email protected] with the keyword: “Competition Survey Generation Z”.
No special fees (over and above the regular transmission fees) will be charged. (Further) participation in the competition is not (or no longer) possible if you do not give or revoke your consent.
