Facts & Figures The company is managed by the three managing directors Tim Waller, Horst Robertz and Stefan Kehr. Tim Waller is globally responsible for marketing and sales. Horst Robertz is responsible for Research, Procurement and Production, while Stefan Kehr is responsible for Finance and Human Resources.The company is headed by the third generation of the owner family: Dr. Martin Grablowitz (Chairman of the Board of Directors) and Isabel Bonacker (Member of the Board of Directors and Brand Ambassador) are the grandchildren of Dr. Leo Vossen, who founded the company.The success story continues: After the largest investment in the company's history, BABOR has just moved into a new headquarters. The modern office and logistics building is a clear commitment to the Aachen location and to quality made in Germany.450 employees work at the company headquarters. And there are more than 600 around the world. BABOR is also represented by distributors in more than 70 countries and has subsidiaries in Switzerland, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Singapore, Canada and the USA.
